咖啡拉花可說是一位咖啡師傅必學的技巧,喝咖啡的時候若是能有著細膩拉花圖案陪襯,真的是可以讓人心情大好。

不過現在能夠創作出拉花圖案早已經不稀奇了,能創作出超可愛 3D 立體拉花圖案的咖啡師傅才是真神人。

日本大阪一位叫做山本員揮的咖啡店店長,不僅 2D 平面拉花圖案功力了得,

同時還能創造出超有立體感的 3D 咖啡拉花,看了他如藝術品般的拉花創作包准會讓你佩服不已。

現在來學學一般平面的拉花藝術的英文作法吧

可是分種很多種類別,讓我們來瞧瞧有哪些latte art 

HEART
Pour the milk into the center of the coffee, bringing the crema up to the top with the milk underneath it. About two-third through, tilt and jiggle the jug from side to side. This will allow the milk to break through, creating a milky circle on the top of the coffee. Pull away from you to draw up the heart.
心型
將牛奶倒入咖啡中央,讓牛奶在下層將咖啡油帶到上方。大約到三分之二,傾斜咖啡壺並左右輕輕晃動。這會讓牛奶散開,在咖啡上方做出一塊牛奶圈。往另一方拉以畫出愛心。

ROSETTA
Pour into the center of the crema. As the white milk starts to come through, sway the jug from side to side, keeping it in the same line. To finish, pull away through the swirls. This pattern depends on a relaxed pouring action from the wrist.
ROSETTA
將牛奶倒入咖啡油的中央。當開始倒出牛奶後,左右晃動咖啡壺,使之維持在同一條線上。要收尾,拉開穿過這些漩渦。這個花樣仰賴的是手腕倒牛奶時放鬆的動作。

SNAIL
Pour the milk into the coffee, carefully keeping the milk below the crema. Spoon a dollop of foam into the middle. With the spoon, take small amounts of foam and make 8 spikes into the center. Using a skewer, start from the center of the coffee, and spiral out to the edge of the cup in one fluent movement.
蝸型輪
將牛奶倒入咖啡,小心謹慎地讓牛奶留在咖啡油之下。舀一團奶泡放在中央。用湯匙舀出少量的奶泡,往中央畫出8條尖刺。用竹籤,從咖啡中央開始,一筆順暢地往外螺旋繞到杯緣。

 

HIBISCUS
Pour the cappuccino carefully. You only want a small dot of milk to come through the crema on top. Spoon foam around the outside carefully about 1 centimeter wide. Now define this with the chocolate syrup by drawing around the inside edge of the foam, then another stripe around the small circle of foam in the center. Now, using the skewer, pull out 8 times from the center. Then another 8 times in the other direction, working from outside.
木槿花
小心地倒入卡布奇諾。你只要一小點的牛奶浮現在咖啡油上。謹慎地用湯匙將奶泡繞在外圍約一公分寬。現在用巧克力糖漿繞著奶泡內圈畫出輪廓,接著圍繞中央的奶泡圈再畫上另外一條。現在,用竹籤,從中央往外拉8次。然後反向再拉8次,由外向內。
